Sit patiently.
Make a list of things to do that are easy to accomplish.
Cross off things as you do them. Each time, smile and feel confident.

At times, it is important to start such lists with the most banal tasks in order to generate "task-momentum"...ticking the boxes enhances drive and enables accomplishing the more serious tasks.
I really like the photos on your blog!

Like this blog a lot.
Right up my alley. I write SOPs @ work and realized I liked it so much I started doing it for things in life, w/ pictures, like one w/ my girlfriend on how to cure a headache (take pill, take water, so on). Found this blog by typing the phrase "doing things well" in google because I fixate on the concept, partly because of David K. Reynolds, partly because you can't practice something until you've figured out how to do it.
